I think we are so used to traffic jams - we are sick of it, really. It jams irrespective of whether it rains or not. But you are right, it is worse when it rains.
That's a great shot of Petronas Towers on a glummy day. Love the clouds floating freely infront of the tower.
Don't know why, but I do love rainny days, except when there is lots of lightning as I then have to off my PC... :(
